KENSUN offers a 45-day return policy. It can be extended to 60 days if we are on vacation.

Q. Can I change the shipping speed after the order is placed? What if I indicated wrong shipping address?
A. We will not be able to change the delivery address or shipping speed. As soon as you place the order it appears and starts processing in the system. Please, check fulfilled data carefully and consider your purchase before you place an order.
Q. How is the actual return process made if you have a 45 day return gap?
A. Kensun doesn’t take a responsibility for return costs unless a return is required due to our mistake. In such case, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Q. Can I make a return request online?
A. Sure. Fill a Return Inquiry on the website, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Q. What, if I need only exchange?
A. Unfortunately, we do not exchange the products, so please make sure you purchased correct product. You can return the good for a refund and order the correct product you need.
Q. What, if a product, which I received, is damaged?
A. We apologize for that. Please, provide us with pictures of the packaging you received with the order, included items and packaging slip. Any missing or damaged parts must be reported within 20 days of delivery. Beyond that, we will not be responsible for such parts or any costs to deliver them.
Q. How long does it take to credit my account?
A. The refund terms may vary, but usually, it takes up to 10 business days.
Q. If I haven’t received my refund after requesting?
A. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Q. If the purchase was done with the help of the gift card, can I get my money back?
A. Unfortunately, the orders which were paid with the help of the gift card cannot be refunded.
Q. Once the refund was issued, can I cancel it?
A. It is impossible since the money is drawn from our account from the very moment we have issued the refund.
