Ballast/Igniter replacement

This is just a replacement for a ballast/igniter that went bad. New one works great. I couldn’t find original Amazon purchase receipt. So, I just paid for 2 as that was cheaper per ballast than buying just one. This way I have a spare. I have three vehicles that I converted to HID, all with Kensun kits.

Will see how long they last

I hope these last as long as the 4 I have in my car, so far I had them 5 years and not a single bulb as burnt.

Good product for price but keep a spare

These AC digital ballasts power the HID using less amps than other AC or DC ballasts, giving some safety margin using stock wiring. I'll be able to power both low and high beams at the same time in my Mirchal Ampilux two bulb 7" headlights, finally solving my Jaguar XK6 Series 3 lack of usable lighting and still use about the same current as the 55W halogen H4's I've replaced. Enough room behind the headlight buckets for two ballasts per headlight, and a Kensun relay enables the magic without custom wiring. Only issue is one ballast only worked for about two minutes then flickered, requiring me to disassemble the headlight (a fiddly PITA) and the second ballast works fine! I buy another for the high beam in the right headlightt (currently the H3 high beam is halogen but it looks too yellow and uses more current than the HID) I suggest keeping a spare on hand, not a real hardship with the fair prices.
