Warranty -HID Bulbs
Outstanding! Kensun stands behind their product and the customer service is incredible. My HID bulb failed after 7000 miles of service. I ordered a replacement from Kensun,, and inquired about what I considered a very short bulb life. They reimbursed me for the replacement bulbs and treated it as a warranty claim. I’m impressed!! I ordered two replacement HID bulbs on September 9th. The order was for two day shipping and today is September 23rd and I have not received them. I reached out to Kensun on September 20th and have not yet heard from them. Not happy.

H13 HID Light replacement.
The lights are ok. They are for my Son's car (2012 Mini Cooper Coupe). I have not seen them on in the dark. So I can not comment if they are the right temperature (color). They are suppose to be 5k. What I can comment on is he only needed replacement bulbs for an already installed HID conversion, including the relay harness kit. The replacement bulbs came with another relay harness. Probably could have saved $10.00 if it came with bulbs ONLY. Other Manufactures sell just the bulbs, but then they are not Dual HID (Hi beam/Lo beam HID).
